Toasted Coconut Cream Croissant

Geovanna, our newest (and youngest) baker told us of a small, and much loved, cream filled Brazilian pastry topped with toasted coconut called a ‘Beijinho Doce’ (Sweet Little Kiss)      

We then created a toasted-coconut-cream filling for our big buttery croissant. Brushed with warm honey and topped with more toasted coconut Geovanna called it a ‘Beijao Mochado’  (Big Wet Kiss)
